About the Role

Step into a truly unique opportunity as a foundational member of Super.com’s brand new Incubation Hub. Think of this as a dynamic startup operating within a thriving scale-up environment. The Hub’s mission? To scout, build, and launch the *next big thing* in the Super.com product suite, specifically identifying innovations that can create exponential growth for our flagship Super+ membership.

As the Senior Manager, Growth for the Incubation Hub, you won’t just execute; you’ll be a core architect. You will provide critical consultative guidance during the ideation phase while simultaneously owning the end-to-end strategy and execution of the marketing mix needed to scale these nascent ventures. This role is tailor-made for highly skilled Performance Marketing leaders who possess an entrepreneurial spirit and thrive in environments demanding high ownership, strategic thinking, and the ability to build from the ground up in the face of ambiguity.

You’ll be part of Super.com’s broader Growth team – a diverse, expert, and genuinely collaborative group. We are relentlessly data-driven, rooting every decision in rigorous analysis. Collaboration is key; you’ll work hand-in-hand with our data, product, finance, and engineering teams in a transparent and integrated fashion.

Your Impact: What You’ll Be Doing

As the engine driving growth for new Super.com ventures, your responsibilities will span strategy, execution, and leadership:

  • Serve as a pivotal thought leader within the Incubation Hub, proactively identifying new opportunities and collaborating with internal and external partners to refine concepts.
  • Develop robust Digital Marketing Strategy, leveraging data-driven insights and adopting channel best practices to build scalable acquisition models.
  • Drive customer acquisition and demand generation through a blend of new and established channels.
  • Build and manage a continuous optimization and A/B testing framework to maximize performance and efficiency.
  • Seamlessly collaborate with stakeholders across multiple teams to manage requirements, align priorities, and ensure integrated execution.
  • Cultivate and manage relationships with key channel partners, leading regular performance reviews.
  • Maintain strict adherence to financial targets, managing CP and EBITDA levels in line with established financial models and growth projections. Your work will directly influence the P&L of the new ventures.

Who You Are: Skills for Success

We’re looking for a seasoned Growth leader ready for a challenge. To excel in this role, you will bring:

  • 5+ years of experience in Growth Strategy or Lifecycle Consulting.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing strategy and execution across channels like SEM, Programmatic, and App Marketing.
  • Proven ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships and work effectively across functional teams.
  • High proficiency in Data Modeling and Analysis, comfortable working with large datasets to derive actionable insights.
  • Strong reporting capabilities, including the ability to query and manipulate data sets using tools like Excel, Google Analytics, Looker, Amplitude, or similar platforms (SQL knowledge a plus).
  • Experience with ROAS forecasting and performance management.

Experience That Sets You Apart (Bonus Points!)

  • Prior experience working with subscription or membership-based business models.
  • Background in account management or partner relationship management.
  • Marketing experience within sensitive or highly regulated industries (e.g., Finance, Pharmaceuticals).
