Your Impact as a Senior Product Owner

As a Senior Product Owner, you will collaborate closely with Business Leads and the Portfolio to define, prioritize, and drive the development of product enhancements and large-scale strategic initiatives. Working with a cross-functional team, you will ensure that value delivery aligns with overall business objectives and meets the evolving needs of our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with Business Leads to define the Product Vision and Strategy, aligning it with company-wide goals.
• Create detailed user stories, features, and documentation to effectively communicate business/technical requirements to the development team.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure accepted stories meet the definition of done and adhere to stringent quality standards.
• Actively participate in PI Planning, Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, and Sprint Reviews alongside the development team.
• Provide strong leadership, clarity, and subject matter expertise to guide the team.
• Continuously refine and maintain the team backlog, incorporating updates from Business Leads, the Portfolio, and the development team.
• Lead, develop, and mentor other Product Owners, fostering their growth and expertise.

What You’ll Bring to the Table

We are seeking a highly motivated individual with the following qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, information systems, or a relevant technical field (or equivalent experience).
• Product Owner, Product Manager, or Scrum Master certification is required (POPM or SPC certification preferred).
• 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Owner, Product Manager, or Scrum Master.
• 3+ years of experience working on large-scale corporate initiatives spanning multiple product teams.
• Solid understanding of agile at-scale methodologies and philosophies.
• Experience with Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) tools such as Jira, VersionOne, Rally, or Azure DevOps.
• Experience in the Healthcare or PBM industry is preferred.
• Prior experience in a scaling agile environment is a plus.
• Agile Transformation experience is advantageous.

Pay Range: USD $105,271.00 – USD $131,588.00 /Yr.

Work Schedule: M-F 8am to 5pm, CT

Location: Remote (Note: Navitus cannot offer remote work to residents of Alaska, Hawaii, Maine, Mississippi, New Hampshire, New Mexico, North Dakota, Rhode Island, South Carolina, South Dakota, West Virginia, and Wyoming.)
