The Opportunity: Senior QA Automation Engineer
As a Senior QA Automation Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality, stability, and performance of our applications. You’ll be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining robust automation frameworks, working with cutting-edge technologies, and mentoring other engineers. This is an opportunity to shape our QA strategy and make a significant impact on our products and processes.
Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of building and maintaining reliable and scalable automation frameworks.
- Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts using .NET (C#) and JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Collaborate with development teams to understand requirements and integrate automated testing into the CI/CD pipeline.
- Conduct regression, functional, performance, and integration testing.
- Identify, report, and track defects to ensure timely resolution.
- Review code to ensure adherence to best testing practices.
- Create and maintain comprehensive test documentation and reports.
- Continuously improve test automation processes and explore new tools and technologies.
- Mentor other engineers and contribute to the overall QA strategy.
Requirements:
- Strong experience in JavaScript and TypeScript.
- Proven experience with Selenium for web application testing.
- Solid background in working with .NET (C#).
- Deep understanding of software testing methodologies and best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
