Your Mission: Craft Engaging User Experiences

As a Senior Front-End Software Engineer, you’ll play a pivotal role in creating engaging product experiences that empower our users to make informed financial decisions. You’ll focus on implementing and enhancing our investment and financial products, integrating with financial institutions, and ensuring the highest levels of security and reliability. Your work will directly impact the lives of our users by helping them optimize their healthcare spending, maximize their savings, and better their livelihood.

What You’ll Do:

• Analyze product requirements and provide valuable feedback to the team.
• Develop and implement clean, maintainable, and testable front-end code.
• Write comprehensive unit tests and ensure high software quality.
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide effective solutions and recommendations.
• Collaborate on API development and complex financial institution integrations.

What You’ll Bring:

• 5+ years of experience in software development, with a strong focus on front-end development.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• Deep expertise in JavaScript, TypeScript, Node.js, and React.
• Experience with Storybook for component-driven development.
• Solid understanding of relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL).
• Proven track record of designing and developing scalable, high-performance web applications.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
• Strong understanding of software architecture and design patterns.
• Experience building highly available and scalable front-end services.
• Ability to design intuitive and scalable schemas.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A passion for technology and a continuous learner mindset.
• A proactive approach to leveraging new AI tools and technologies
• A good sense of humor and a down-to-earth personality.
• Familiarity with AWS cloud platforms and DevOps practices (a plus).

Compensation & Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $125,000 – $200,000 USD (depending on location and experience), stock options, and a comprehensive benefits package.
