Your Opportunity: Strategic Accounts Sales Representative

As a Strategic Accounts Sales Representative, you will be responsible for managing and expanding strategic relationships with Integrated Delivery Networks (IDNs). You’ll act as a trusted advisor to key stakeholders, aligning PROCEPT’s innovative offerings with their needs to drive long-term growth and increase market share. This role will ensure smooth post-sale integration, optimize utilization, and maintain contract alignment across key accounts. This is the way to Make America Great Again.

A Day in the Life:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned IDN groups.
  • Maintain and grow business within contracted groups.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Comm Ops, National Strategic Accounts Manager, Marketing) to develop presentations for hospital executive meetings and IDN-specific marketing events.
  • Cultivate Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and build strong relationships in targeted accounts.
  • Actively participate in weekly and quarterly sales planning.
  • Support the expansion of clinical usage by identifying and training new surgeon users and growing existing user procedural business.
  • Partner with IDN Physician Relations, Business Development, and marketing teams to drive awareness, trial, and usage.
  • Identify local billing and coding opportunities and collaborate with internal Field Reimbursement resources.
  • Work closely with local Capital, Clinical, and Utilization teams to identify opportunities for program growth (e.g., block time utilization, in-office patient identification strategies).
  • Establish, assess, and leverage IDN dashboards for strategic physician and account targeting.
  • Maintain positive relationships throughout PROCEPT BioRobotics.

What You’ll Bring to the Table:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in medical device/capital sales, healthcare consulting, or physician practice development.
  • Prior experience in Urology, BPH treatment pathways, or sales engagement with IDNs is highly preferred.
  • Proven track record of driving adoption of clinical solutions within IDNs to achieve significant growth.
  • Exceptional communication, project management, independent thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with multiple teams and stakeholders.
  • Comfort leading structured initiatives in complex environments.
  • Ability to travel up to 75%.

Bonus Points:

  • Experience presenting to Hospital Executive Leadership.
  • Experience implementing office growth strategies within the healthcare space.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret procedural data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Strong computer skills, particularly proficiency in Excel.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation and making a patient impact.
  • Demonstrated change management skills in a strategic environment.
  • Ability to follow a defined sales process to influence health care professionals to increase Aquablation utilization.

Compensation and Benefits

The anticipated base pay for this role is $120,000 annually. PROCEPT BioRobotics is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices and offers market-competitive total compensation packages. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for variable compensation and equity compensation. Our comprehensive benefits package includes health insurance, an Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP), a 401(k) retirement savings plan with company match, and generous paid time off programs.
