About Us: Driven by Results, Powered by People
We’re not just another marketing agency. We’re obsessed with delivering measurable results for our clients. Our team is comprised of dedicated professionals who embrace complex challenges and drive tangible outcomes. We value autonomy, accountability, and data-driven decision-making. Our culture is built on intellectual curiosity, radical ownership, and a shared commitment to excellence. We focus specifically on helping home service businesses grow through digital marketing.

You will be responsible for ensuring our content is top-notch and exceeds clients’ expectations.
What You’ll Do: Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Review & Auditing: Analyze content briefs and outlines, pressure-testing keyword strategies, audience targeting, funnel logic, and proposed angles to identify weaknesses and opportunities.
- Editing for Strategic Alignment: Ensure drafts perfectly align with the intended strategy, questioning the resonance with the target persona, the logic of CTAs, and the fulfillment of search intent.
- Rigorous Line & Copy Editing: Refine clarity, flow, tone, and persuasiveness through meticulous edits, sharpening arguments, amplifying hooks, and ensuring every sentence serves a purpose.
- Mentorship and Feedback: Provide clear, constructive, and actionable feedback to our writing team, guiding them to become more strategic thinkers.
- Maintaining Quality Standards: Develop, maintain, and enforce our editorial style guides, brand voice principles, and quality benchmarks.
Who You Are: The Ideal Candidate
You’re a rare professional who lives at the intersection of strategy and craft. You possess:
- Extensive Editing Experience: 5-7+ years in a senior content role, with a heavy emphasis on editing strategic marketing content (SEO, PPC, email, landing pages) in an agency or fast-paced tech environment.
- A Strategist’s Mind: You understand digital marketing strategy, conversion funnels, and user psychology.
- Deep Domain Expertise: You’re fluent in the principles of SEO, email marketing, PPC, and UX-centric copywriting.
- Diplomatic and Direct Communication: You can deliver critical feedback that is direct, insightful, and empowering.
- Unwavering Standards: You’re meticulous, detail-obsessed, and hold an incredibly high bar for quality.
- Proactive Ownership: You see yourself as the ultimate owner of every piece of content.
What We Offer: Rewards and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary ( $2,000โ$4,000 USD/month) commensurate with your experience and impact, a comprehensive benefits package (details may vary based on your location), generous paid time off and company holidays, a fully remote and flexible work environment, and a dedicated budget for professional development. This role is a key driver in our clients’ success and our agency’s growth. You’ll be challenged, grow rapidly, and see the direct impact of your work. This is a role for a builder. Your contributions will directly impact the trajectory of our company and our clients’ businesses.
