We are actively seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Subtitling Project Coordinator to become an integral part of our Media & Entertainment division. This remote role places you at the core of managing complex multilingual localization projects. You’ll work directly with cutting-edge client tools, workflows, and teams, ensuring the flawless execution of every project.

What You’ll Do: Your Core Responsibilities

As a Subtitling Project Coordinator, you will be the linchpin ensuring projects run smoothly and successfully. Your key responsibilities include:

• Driving project success by ensuring client deliverables meet agreed-upon timelines, quality standards, and company profitability goals.
• Effectively managing internal teams and external resources, ensuring their performance aligns with project instructions, client expectations, and Keywords Studios’ rigorous QA procedures.
• Preparing, analyzing, and processing translation and subtitling files received from clients.
• Maintaining meticulous and complete project data within company systems.
• Compiling essential data necessary for client invoicing and accurate financial reporting.
• Actively participating in regular internal team and project meetings.

We’re Looking For Candidates Who Possess:

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Demonstrated experience in the localization industry and/or the video games industry is highly valued.
• Outstanding, meticulous attention to detail.
• A proactive and motivated attitude, with a strong ability to collaborate effectively as a team player.
• Proven reliability and punctuality in meeting deadlines and commitments.
• Excellent command of PC systems and MS Office suite is essential.
• The capability to remain composed and effective while working under pressure and managing tight deadlines.
• A genuine passion for gaming (a plus!).
