Your Role:
As a Swedish Customer Support Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for our client’s customers, providing support through various channels.
- Manage incoming inquiries via chat, email, and phone.
- Identify and proactively address customer needs, ensuring complete satisfaction.
- Cultivate strong customer relationships through open, empathetic, and interactive communication.
- Provide accurate, valid, and comprehensive information using established methods and resources.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, processing accounts, and managing relevant documentation.
- Adhere to communication procedures, guidelines, and company policies.
What We’re Looking For:
To thrive in this role, you’ll need:
- Native or near-native fluency in Swedish (C1-C2 level).
- Strong proficiency in English (B2-C1 level).
- Solid working knowledge of MS Office suite.
- Exceptional phone handling skills and active listening abilities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
- A customer-centric approach with the ability to adapt to diverse personalities and situations.
- The ability to effectively multi-task, prioritize, and manage time.
