The Opportunity: Talent Acquisition Partner
We’re seeking an experienced and forward-thinking Talent Acquisition Partner to join our People Team and drive full-cycle recruitment across a diverse range of roles, from cutting-edge AI and technology positions to crucial finance and commercial functions. Reporting to the VP of People, you will act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, championing equitable, data-informed hiring processes and cultivating an exceptional candidate experience that embodies Bamboo Health’s core mission.
What You’ll Do:
- Be a key member of the People Team, focusing on strategic, effective, and inclusive recruitment practices to meet the evolving hiring needs of the business.
- Collaborate with the VP of People on talent branding initiatives to amplify our market presence and attract top-tier candidates.
- Own and manage the entire full-cycle recruiting process for a variety of roles, including technical, AI, operational, and commercial positions.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to define role requirements, streamline processes, and guide candidates thoughtfully through the hiring funnel.
- Employ a diverse range of sourcing methods, including direct outreach, Boolean search, referrals, job boards, and creative channels to identify exceptional talent.
- Maintain meticulous candidate records and requisition data within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), Rippling Recruiter.
- Provide regular updates and data-driven insights to the People Team and hiring managers to facilitate alignment, forecasting, and continuous process improvement.
- Leverage hiring data (e.g., time-to-fill metrics, candidate conversion rates) and feedback to refine sourcing strategies and enhance overall recruitment outcomes.
- Contribute to cross-functional projects aimed at elevating the candidate experience and refining hiring practices throughout the company.
- Stay abreast of emerging AI trends in talent acquisition and recommend innovative tools and strategies to boost efficiency, expand reach, and maximize impact.
- Navigate the complexities of remote-first recruiting by using validation methods to confirm candidate authenticity and engagement in the era of AI.
Keys to Success:
- Within 3 Months: Independently manage 4-6 open roles with consistently positive feedback from hiring managers. Demonstrate mastery of Rippling Recruiter and internal hiring protocols. Identify and implement at least one improvement to streamline recruiting workflows.
- Within 6 Months: Establish yourself as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to multiple hiring teams. Enhance the quality of hire through effective candidate evaluation and assessment techniques. Contribute to greater consistency and maturity in our recruiting operations.
- Within 12 Months: Maintain your role as a trusted advisor and hiring partner across the organization. Share key learnings and contribute to the evolution of our employer brand, sourcing strategies, and interview frameworks. Provide mentorship or onboarding support to new members of the People Team.
What You Bring to the Table:
- 4+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, encompassing a broad spectrum of functions and levels.
- A proven track record of successful recruitment in fast-paced, high-growth tech environments (healthcare experience is a significant plus).
- Familiarity with contemporary recruiting tools and platforms (Rippling experience is highly valued).
- Exceptional communication skills, strong time management abilities, and the capacity to collaborate effectively with diverse teams across various time zones.
- Comfort with learning and adopting new tools and processes to optimize workflows.
- A people-centric approach and a genuine passion for crafting thoughtful and engaging candidate experiences.
- Comfort using or learning AI-supported tools to improve daily workflows.
- A forward-thinking and curious mindset, coupled with a willingness to experiment with new technologies.
- Ability to thrive in a remote-first environment, ensuring high-quality virtual interactions.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for team or hiring-related events.
