The Opportunity
As a Remote Talent & Organizational Development Specialist, you’ll be at the forefront of executing key components of our strategic HR consulting projects. You’ll be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of critical project elements, including internal project documentation, organizational design proposals, change management communications, and strategies for sensitive situations like downsizing. You’ll thrive in our fast-paced, results-driven environment, contributing directly to the success of our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute project plans for organizational change, communication, and restructuring initiatives.
- Design and implement impactful internal communications for change management, culture transformation, and technology adoption.
- Craft compelling presentations, roadmaps, and reports that translate complex ideas into clear and actionable insights.
- Support workforce planning, job mapping, and development of comprehensive capability frameworks.
- Coordinate timelines, milestones, and documentation workflows to ensure project consistency and clarity.
- Provide analytical support and conduct research to inform strategic recommendations.
- Ensure all deliverables align with U.S. standards for tone, style, confidentiality, and compliance.
- Collaborate asynchronously across time zones with senior consultants and project leads.
- Adapt quickly to shifting client priorities and urgent deliverables.
What You’ll Need
- Fluent English proficiency (C2 or native) with exceptional writing and document structuring skills at an executive level.
- Availability for occasional travel to the U.S. and possession of an American Visa.
- 5+ years of experience in HR consulting, organizational development, internal communications, or related roles.
- Proven expertise in change management and organizational communications, particularly in sensitive contexts.
- Strong proficiency in tools like PowerPoint, Google Workspace, Notion, Miro, or similar platforms.
- Exceptional attention to detail, structured thinking, and a proactive, self-directed work ethic.
- Comfortable working remotely across time zones with minimal supervision.
- Experience working with U.S.-based or multinational organizations (a plus).
- Familiarity with consulting models or agile methodologies (a bonus).
