Your Mission

As a Tech Lead, you will be instrumental in shaping and guiding our end-to-end solutions. You’ll translate complex business requirements into robust and scalable architectural designs, ensuring our team builds with quality, agility, and across geographical boundaries.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain C4-style architecture diagrams and roadmaps, providing clear visual representations of our systems.
• Facilitate critical architectural decisions, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical best practices.
• Collaborate closely with Product teams to refine technical epics and user stories.
• Champion and enforce high coding standards, promoting code quality and maintainability.
• Design and implement robust CI/CD pipelines for automated software delivery.
• Mentor and guide team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
• Act as a technical liaison with stakeholders, effectively communicating technical concepts and solutions.

What You’ll Bring to the Table

We’re looking for a Tech Lead with a strong foundation in software architecture and a passion for building innovative solutions. Here’s what we’re looking for:

• Languages & Frameworks: Deep expertise in Java (Java 21) and Spring Boot, including reactive programming principles.
• Microservices & Messaging: Proven experience in designing event-driven systems using technologies like Kafka, RabbitMQ, or Pub/Sub.
• Data & Storage: Solid SQL skills with PostgreSQL, plus familiarity with caching strategies and NoSQL solutions (e.g., Redis).
• Cloud & Containers: Proficiency with Docker, Kubernetes (GKE), and API gateways.
• CI/CD & Automation: Substantial experience building and managing CI/CD pipelines with integrated automated testing.
• Architecture Practices: A strong understanding of design patterns, C4 modeling, and non-functional requirements.
• Soft Skills: Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to adapt to evolving priorities.
