Your Impact as a Tech Ops Specialist

As a Tech Ops Specialist, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring our customers have seamless and positive experiences. You will:

• Provide top-notch technical support via chat and email.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues beyond first-line support.
• Manage operational tasks, including data entry and Jira ticket management.
• Identify recurring issues and propose system or process improvements to enhance our services.

What We’re Looking For

We are seeking a highly motivated individual with:

• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to work independently.
• Flexibility to work weekends and commit to 30+ hours per week.
• Experience with debugging, Jira, SQL, and Postman.

Bonus points if you have experience with Intercom, customer service, or the healthcare industry! Preference for candidates in Asia and the Americas time zones, but we welcome EMEA applicants too.
