We are dedicated to delivering transformative solutions that empower our nation’s defenders by fundamentally changing how software is delivered and secured within the Defense Sector.
This is a unique chance to join an agile, entrepreneurial team with a clear purpose: accelerating the secure adoption of mission-critical SaaS solutions for the U.S. government. As a Technical Implementation Manager, you will play a vital role in the deployment and scaling of our flagship product, the Game Warden platform – an industry leader in secure software accreditation and DevSecOps workflows. If you’re driven by impact and ready to contribute to a team that values ingenuity, collaboration, and supporting national defense, we encourage you to apply.
Please note: Due to the nature of our government contracts, U.S. citizenship is required for this position.
What You’ll Do
As our Technical Implementation Manager, you will be the bridge between our sales success and seamless customer adoption. You will own the post-sale customer journey, ensuring a smooth transition from contract to active use of the Game Warden platform. Your key responsibilities will include:
• Championing the post-sale transition process, facilitating engaging technical onboarding experiences for new customers.
• Serving as a critical liaison between customers and our Engineering teams, ensuring technical requirements are met and valuable knowledge is transferred effectively.
• Collaborating extensively with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to continuously design, implement, and refine best-in-class customer onboarding processes.
• Translating complex customer needs and technical requirements into clear system and process designs, ensuring they align perfectly with our platform’s technical architecture.
• Maintaining thorough documentation throughout the implementation lifecycle, providing clear status updates, project tracking, and contributing to our internal and external knowledge base resources.
• Fostering strong, long-term relationships with our technical customer stakeholders.
Who You Are & What You Bring
You are a technically proficient and highly organized professional with a talent for guiding customers through complex software implementations. You possess a keen eye for detail and a passion for ensuring customer success. Your profile includes:
• Demonstrated experience in Technical Onboarding, implementation, or customer-facing solutions roles.
• Proven ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with highly technical audiences.
• Exceptional Project Management skills, capable of managing timelines, resources, and competing priorities with precision.
• A track record of successful cross-functional collaboration, particularly with Sales, Engineering, and Customer Success teams.
• Strong analytical and Problem-Solving capabilities, paired with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with modern project management and process optimization tools (e.g., Salesforce, Confluence, Git workflows, help desk platforms).
• Foundational understanding of Cybersecurity concepts and best practices.
• An adaptable and organized approach to working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Bonus points if you have:
• 2-4 years of direct customer-facing experience in a SaaS or Cybersecurity-focused organization.
• Familiarity with the U.S. Federal or Defense Sector and relevant compliance frameworks (e.g., FedRAMP, IL5, CMMC).
• Working knowledge of API integrations, Cloud Infrastructure (AWS, Azure), or DevSecOps principles.
• Experience documenting technical processes and creating knowledge base articles for both internal teams and external customers.
• Relevant professional certifications (e.g., CSM, PMP, Security+, CISSP).
• Excellent presentation skills and the ability to tailor technical messages for diverse audiences.
• A genuine interest in matters of National Security and government technology modernization.
