The Role: Your Mission as a Technical Product Support Specialist
As a Technical Product Support Specialist, you’ll be at the forefront of resolving technical challenges and ensuring our customers’ success. You’ll dive deep into the Flowhub ecosystem, mastering the intricacies of our software and its integrations with POS hardware, printers, scanners, drivers, networks, and operating systems.
Your core responsibilities will include:
- Troubleshooting technical issues across the Flowhub suite and hardware integrations.
- Providing support for customers using MacOS, Windows, and iOS.
- Engaging with customers via chat, phone, video, and screen-sharing to resolve issues quickly.
- Diagnosing software defects versus configuration issues and escalating appropriately.
- Creating clear documentation and updating our knowledge base for a seamless customer experience.
- Collaborating with Product and Engineering teams to drive platform improvements.

Compensation
This role is open to anyone within the United States, except candidates in CA, NY, OR or WA, with compensation that aligns with your location. Starting salary will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location. This role is eligible for a competitive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance, a 401(k) retirement plan, paid holidays, unlimited paid time off, and other benefits.
Base Hourly $28.85 – $36.06 + Equity
