Your Role: Technical Support Specialist – Taipei, Taiwan (Hybrid)

Become a vital part of our Customer Success Team, nurturing technical relationships with our partners. As a Technical Support Specialist, you’ll be at the forefront of ensuring seamless experiences for our clients, mastering both communication and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Customer Success Managers to provide exceptional technical support.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues, provide resolutions, and creatively address partner needs.
  • Advocate for partners by sharing feedback with the Product team to enhance product offerings.
  • Meet SLAs for response time and issue resolution.

What We’re Looking For:

We’re seeking individuals who are passionate about technology, dedicated to customer success, and eager to contribute to a dynamic, global team.

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Management, IT & Computer Science, Programming, or Engineering-related field.
  • Fluency in written and verbal English.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to learn quickly and work effectively in a team.
  • Good debugging/troubleshooting skills.
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, or other programming languages is a plus.
