As we continue our rapid growth, we’re seeking a talented Technical Writer to join our team. In this crucial role, you’ll be instrumental in documenting our innovative platform features, creating a vital ‘source of truth’ that empowers our internal teams, users, and external partners.

What You’ll Do

As our Technical Writer, you will:

• Dive deep into our iGaming platform, collaborating closely with development and product teams to thoroughly understand features, functionalities, and documentation needs.

• Take ownership of our documentation repository, actively managing and improving its structure while ensuring all content is accurate and current.

• Produce clear, high-quality software documentation, including detailed user guides, developer guides, FAQ pages, step-by-step tutorials, and internal knowledge base articles, covering both technical and business workflows.

• Craft compelling release notes and articles to clearly communicate updates, new features, and product milestones to our audience.

• Occasionally contribute to platform UI copy, defining user-friendly terminology and descriptions to enhance the overall user experience and usability.

• Act as an advocate for clarity, helping to ensure the platform experience is intuitive and easy to navigate through precise and appropriate language.

What You’ll Bring

We’re looking for a motivated Technical Writer with:

• Proven experience in technical writing, specifically focused on software documentation.

• Familiarity with the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and the world of software development.

• Experience collaborating effectively with both highly technical teams and business/client stakeholders.

• A strong ability and genuine interest in building and maintaining a comprehensive product knowledge base.

• The skill to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and translate them into easily understandable text and visuals.

• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple documentation projects simultaneously.

• The capacity to work effectively and independently.

• An analytical mindset and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

• Working knowledge of the iGaming ecosystem is a significant advantage.
