Join Our Trust and Safety Team: Content Analyst (Dutch & English Speaker)

We are seeking a dedicated and resourceful Content Analyst to join our growing Trust and Safety team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the integrity and safety of our online communities.
What You’ll Do:
As a Content Analyst, you’ll be responsible for reviewing and analyzing a wide range of content, including user profiles, audio, videos, and text, to identify and address potential violations of our client’s guidelines. You will:
- Review, classify, and remove content based on established policies, using specialized tools.
- Stay informed about evolving client policies and guidelines.
- Investigate, resolve, and escalate complex content issues to the broader Trust and Safety team.
- Advocate for the user community by ensuring fair and consistent enforcement of policies.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and quality.
- Participate in ongoing training programs and team discussions to improve your skills and knowledge.
- Engage with sensitive topics to maintain community safety.
What We’re Looking For:
We are looking for someone with the following qualifications:
- Language Proficiency: Dutch C1 level or above; English B2 level or above.
- Resilience: Strong coping skills, emotional resilience, and the ability to manage stress effectively.
- Objectivity: Ability to analyze content objectively, free from bias, in accordance with client policies.
- Attention to Detail: Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to synthesize and analyze information from various sources.
- Critical Thinking: Strong critical thinking and decision-making abilities.
- Internet Savvy: Deep familiarity and passion for the internet, platforms, and culture.
- Cultural Awareness: High affinity and cultural awareness of political and social situations relevant to the supported market and region.
- Teamwork: Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work different rotations/shifts, non-standard hours, and adapt to changing business needs.
- Commitment: Dedication to quality, efficiency, and effectiveness.
- Bonus Points: Previous experience in business process outsourcing, customer service, or content moderation is a plus.
- Requirements: Valid Work Permit; Completed Compulsory Education (Minimum required); Over 18 years of age; Availability to work in rotative shifts, on weekends and holidays.
