About the Role: UI/UX Designer

We are seeking a talented and motivated Junior to Mid-level UI/UX Designer to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with our Product Manager and cross-functional teams to create intuitive and visually stunning user experiences for our web and mobile applications. You will play a key role in translating user needs and project requirements into engaging and effective designs.

Initially project-based, this role has the potential to evolve into a long-term, permanent position or ongoing collaboration for the right candidate. This is a remote position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to contribute from anywhere.

What You’ll Do:

• Collaborate with the Product Manager and cross-functional teams to deeply understand project goals and user needs.
• Create wireframes, mockups, interactive prototypes, and developer-ready designs for both web and mobile platforms.
• Translate complex concepts into visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces, ensuring adherence to design principles and our brand guidelines.
• Work closely with developers to guarantee seamless integration of design elements and maintain consistent design quality throughout the product lifecycle.
• Stay current with the latest industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in UI/UX design.

What You’ll Bring:

• 1-4 years of proven UI/UX design experience with a compelling portfolio showcasing your skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma.
• Solid understanding of fundamental web technologies, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, for effective design system implementation.
• Strong visual design skills with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
