Your Mission: Craft Exceptional Digital Experiences
As a UI/UX Designer, you will play a crucial role in designing and improving our digital ecosystem. You’ll be responsible for conceptualizing and executing interface designs that not only look great but also provide seamless and intuitive experiences for our users. Your work will directly contribute to optimizing user engagement and supporting ManpowerGroup’s digital marketing objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Optimize UI/UX: Develop wireframes and ensure a seamless, user-centric experience across all digital platforms.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with product marketing directors, developers, and other designers.
- Data-Driven Decisions: Optimize existing user interfaces based on user feedback and analytics.
- Brand Alignment: Ensure designs adhere to UI design best practices, current trends, brand identity, and style guidelines.
- Iterative Design: Continuously gather feedback from stakeholders, team members, and end-users, and iterate on designs as needed.
A Glimpse into Your Day:
Each day will bring new and exciting challenges, as you will:
- Review project requirements and objectives.
- Conduct user research to deeply understand our target audience, their needs, and their pain points.
- Analyze competitor websites and functionality trends to identify opportunities for innovation.
- Participate in design meetings to brainstorm ideas and set design goals.
- Create wireframes, storyboards, and user flows to outline the structure and layout of user interfaces.
- Design user-friendly and responsive webpage concepts for development implementation.
- Develop interactive prototypes to visualize user flows and functionality.
- Iterate on designs based on feedback and testing results.
- Create high-fidelity mockups with attention to color schemes, typography, and visual elements.
- Design iconography and graphics for user interfaces.
What You’ll Need to Succeed:
- Education: High School Diploma required.
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in UX/UI design with a robust and well-documented portfolio showcasing a variety of projects that demonstrate skills in wireframing, prototyping, visual design, usability testing, and problem-solving.
- User Research: Experience conducting user research (interviews, surveys, usability testing) to inform design decisions.
- Design Software: Proficiency in Figma (or history with Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar software) for creating interactive prototypes and wireframes.
- Accessibility Knowledge: Familiarity with usability principles, accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG), and the ability to design with diverse user needs in mind.
- Development Collaboration: Ability to translate wireframes into webpage designs collaborating with development team partners in Sitecore and HubSpot.
