What You’ll Do:

• Be an RRD Ambassador: Represent RRD at universities and career events, showcasing our culture and opportunities.
• Build Relationships: Cultivate strong relationships with university career services, faculty, and student organizations to create a robust talent pipeline.
• Plan & Execute Events: Organize and manage university recruitment events, including career fairs, information sessions, and on-campus interviews.
• Drive the Recruiting Lifecycle: Manage all stages of the recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and offer negotiation.
• Advise Hiring Managers: Educate and guide hiring managers on best practices for university recruiting, internship programs, and entry-level hiring.
• Source Top Talent: Proactively source candidates through various channels, including Handshake and other relevant platforms.
• Enhance Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive and seamless candidate journey throughout the recruitment process.
• Stay Compliant: Adhere to all local, state, and federal employment regulations.

What You’ll Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, with a strong focus on university recruitment, internships, and entry-level hiring.
• Proven ability to source candidates using various platforms and attract university talent.
• Demonstrated experience in planning and executing career fairs and other university recruitment events.
• Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Familiarity with behavioral-based interviewing techniques (preferred).
• Knowledge of local, state, and federal employment regulations.

The salary range for this role is $60,700 to $105,200 / year and may vary based on location, experience, and skills.
