Your Impact as VP of Partnerships & Account Management

As our Vice President of Partnerships and Account Management, you will be a key leader in expanding our reach and ensuring client success. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Partnership Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy to build impactful partnerships within the education, healthcare, community, and policy sectors. Identify, evaluate, and negotiate strategic partnerships that drive business growth and align with our mission.
  • Account Management & Client Success: Lead and mentor the account management team to deliver exceptional client experiences, drive retention, and identify upsell opportunities. Partner with internal teams to ensure customer feedback informs product development and business strategy.
  • Leadership & Team Development: Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing partnerships and account management team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Stakeholder Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, including leaders in education, healthcare, policy think tanks, and political sectors. Align partnership and account management strategies with broader corporate goals for sustainable business growth.

What You’ll Bring to the Table

We’re looking for someone with:

  • 10+ years of experience in Healthcare IT solutions, with a focus on partnerships, business development, and/or account management.
  • 5+ years in a senior leadership role, with preferred expertise in behavioral healthcare and/or youth mental health.
  • Proven success managing large, strategic accounts and partnerships in the Public Sector, Payer, Kโ€“12, or Higher Education.
  • Exceptional negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • A data-driven approach to measuring success and making informed decisions.
