The Opportunity: Your Role as Video Editor & Motion Designer

As our Video Editor & Motion Designer, you’ll play a pivotal role in creating compelling video content that resonates with our audience. You’ll be responsible for editing high-quality direct-response video ads, engaging long-form video sales letters (VSLs), and authentic UGC-style content optimized for platforms like Meta (Facebook/Instagram), YouTube, and TikTok. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your post-production skills and contribute to the success of our marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Ingest, organize, and meticulously analyze raw footage, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows.
• Manage digital asset libraries and maintain a clean, well-organized project file structure.
• Craft engaging ads and variations tailored for Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and compelling long-form VSLs.
• Design and animate captivating motion graphics, kinetic typography, UI demos, and other visual elements that capture attention.
• Perform basic color correction, audio cleanup, and expertly prepare final exports for various platforms.
• Collaborate closely with the Creative Director and Media Buying team to analyze performance data and iterate on ad creative for maximum impact.
• Contribute to creative testing by refining ad concepts and developing innovative approaches.
• Occasionally assist with copywriting or crafting headline variations to create compelling ad hooks and scroll-stopping content.

What You Bring to the Table

• Proven proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, with a strong focus on Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and Audition.
• Solid motion design skills and a clear understanding of end-to-end video editing workflows.
• Knowledge of platform-specific best practices for Meta, TikTok, and YouTube video marketing.
• Excellent organizational and file management habits, ensuring projects are well-documented and easily accessible.
• Ability to perform basic color grading and audio sweetening to enhance the quality of video production.
• Keen attention to detail in timing, pacing, and visual precision, creating polished and professional videos.
• Familiarity with Monday.com or similar project management tools for seamless collaboration.
• A results-oriented mindset with a genuine interest in performance feedback and continuous improvement.

• Experience with direct-response advertising.
• Copywriting instincts or storytelling sensibilities.

Compensation and Location

Salary Range: $60,000 – $70,000

Location: Remote (Currently open to residents of: AZ, FL, ID, IN, KY, MI, MN, MO, NC, NE, NM, OH, OK, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA, WY)
