Your Mission:

As a VIP Sales & Support Manager, you will be at the forefront of our client interactions, responsible for:

• Personalized Sales & Engagement: Proactively promote GoMining products and services to our VIP clientele, tailoring your approach to resonate with their unique investment goals.
• Relationship Architect: Cultivate deep, trust-based relationships with clients, acting as their trusted advisor and anticipating their evolving needs.
• Premium Support Maestro: Provide timely and effective support through various channels (chat, messaging, email), resolving issues and ensuring a seamless client journey.
• CRM Expert: Utilize CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) to maintain accurate client records, track interactions, and manage sales pipelines efficiently.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with marketing and development teams to enhance the overall client experience and identify areas for improvement.
• Insightful Analysis: Analyze client behavior and provide data-driven recommendations to increase engagement and maximize client lifetime value (LTV).
• Efficiency & Satisfaction: Ensure all client requests are handled with speed and precision, maintaining consistently high levels of satisfaction.
• Strategic Upselling: Identify and capitalize on opportunities to upsell and cross-sell relevant products and services to existing VIP clients.

What You’ll Bring to the Table:

• Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in sales and customer service, with a preference for candidates with experience in crypto, fintech, or IT.
• Sales Acumen: Proven negotiation skills and a track record of successfully closing deals with high-value clients.
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (B2+ level).
• Crypto Knowledge: A foundational understanding of cryptocurrencies, DeFi, NFTs, and mining (or a strong willingness to learn quickly).
• Tech Savvy: Proficiency in using CRM systems and analytical tools to manage client relationships and track performance.
• Proactive & Adaptable: A proactive mindset, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
• Client-Centric Approach: A genuine passion for providing exceptional service and building long-term relationships with clients.

Bonus Points:

• Experience working directly with VIP clients and high-net-worth investors.
• Knowledge of additional languages (Chinese, Arabic, Spanish).
• Experience in the crypto exchange, payment systems, or DeFi product spaces.
