Your Role: Driving Global Talent & People Strategy

As our VP/Associate, Talent Acquisition, you will be a pivotal member of the Human Resources Team, reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer. Making an Impact: Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and lead a comprehensive global talent acquisition strategy tightly aligned with business objectives and workforce planning.
• Forge strong partnerships with senior leadership to proactively anticipate hiring needs and evolving talent requirements across the organization.
• Personally manage and drive senior and executive-level hiring, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience at every stage.
• Champion continuous improvement of the end-to-end recruitment process, focusing on scalability, efficiency, and maintaining a high bar for talent quality.
• Leverage data and analytics to inform decisions, measure performance, and improve key metrics such as time-to-fill, quality-of-hire, and diversity statistics.
• Oversee the selection, implementation, and optimal use of recruitment technologies, including our ATS platform (Workable).
• Serve as a trusted strategic advisor to the Executive Team and hiring managers, providing data-driven insights, market intelligence, and best practices to guide hiring decisions and workforce planning.
• Cultivate strategic partnerships with external talent networks, universities, communities, and industry events to enhance Hex Trust’s visibility and reputation as an employer of choice.
• Support and help lead internal employee engagement activities and HR events as required.
• Contribute to broader training and development initiatives within the global HR team.

Who We’re Looking For: Your Profile

We are seeking a dynamic Talent Acquisition professional with a proven track record. The ideal candidate will possess:

• Between 3 to 8+ years of relevant Talent Acquisition experience, specifically within the FinTech and Crypto sectors.
• Demonstrated success in full-cycle recruiting for both technical and non-technical roles, from front to back office.
• Proven expertise in building, scaling, and optimizing recruitment operations within rapid-growth environments.
• Strong executive presence and the ability to effectively influence senior stakeholders.
• Deep understanding of modern sourcing techniques, recruitment marketing, and employer branding strategies.
• Hands-on experience with applicant tracking systems (like Workable) and using recruitment analytics tools to drive performance.
• Knowledge and experience in talent market mapping and workforce planning.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with fluency in English.
