The Opportunity: Lead Marketing at a Healthcare Innovator

We are seeking a visionary, strategic, and results-oriented Vice President of Marketing to take the helm of our marketing function. This is a critical leadership role responsible for defining and amplifying how Pearl Health resonates in the market, significantly elevating our brand presence, and driving impactful demand across our key customer segments.

As our marketing leader, you will be at the forefront of communicating Pearl’s unique value proposition to primary care providers and organizations navigating the shift to value-based care. The ideal candidate possesses deep, hands-on experience in B2B healthcare marketing, a genuine passion for crafting compelling narratives, and a proven history of leading high-performing teams to achieve measurable business growth in fast-paced environments. What You’ll Do: Drive Impact & Shape Our Story

You will be the driving force behind our marketing initiatives, blending strategic vision with executional excellence. Your responsibilities will include:

Lead & Empower the Team

You will lead a dedicated and talented marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning.

Define & Execute Strategy

Develop and implement a comprehensive, data-driven marketing strategy that directly aligns with Pearl Health’s overarching business objectives. This involves leveraging deep market insights, competitive analysis, and understanding industry trends within value-based care and primary care.

Shape Our Core Narrative

Craft and evolve the core messaging and positioning for Pearl Health, ensuring a consistent, compelling, and resonant voice across all touchpoints. Translate complex healthcare concepts and technical capabilities into clear, impactful value propositions that speak directly to our target audience.

Align with Sales for Growth

Ensure seamless integration and tight alignment between marketing and sales efforts. Deliver high-impact sales enablement materials, competitive intelligence, and targeted campaign support that fuels pipeline generation and accelerates conversion rates.

Accelerate Demand Generation

Architect, oversee, and optimize full-funnel demand generation campaigns designed to build awareness, educate key audiences about the benefits of value-based care, and generate high-quality leads for the sales team.

Enhance Customer Engagement

Collaborate closely with the customer success team to develop resources and programs that boost customer engagement, drive product adoption, and strengthen brand loyalty. Create targeted content and communications supporting the customer lifecycle and identifying expansion opportunities.

Expand Brand Visibility

Strategically elevate Pearl Health’s profile and visibility within the healthcare ecosystem through impactful content marketing, public relations, analyst relations, and executive thought leadership initiatives. Position Pearl and its leadership as trusted experts and key voices in the evolution of primary care and value-based care.

Own Strategic Marketing Metrics

Establish key performance indicators (KPIs), track performance rigorously, and provide insightful reporting on the impact of marketing efforts, including pipeline contribution, campaign ROI, brand awareness, and content effectiveness. Utilize data and analytics to inform decisions and continuously optimize outcomes.

What You’ll Bring: Skills, Experience & Attributes

Experience & Education

You are an accomplished leader with:

  • 10+ years of progressive marketing leadership experience in a high-intensity organization, with a strong preference for the healthcare industry, particularly B2B healthcare or healthcare technology.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • An advanced degree (e.g., MBA, MHA) is a plus, but equivalent relevant work experience is equally valued.

  • Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional projects involving multiple stakeholders.

Compensation & Benefits

The anticipated salary range for this position at Pearl Health is between $210,000 and $250,000 annually. Full-time employees are also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus and equity options. The specific compensation offered will be determined based on a variety of factors, including your skills, relevant experience, location, and market conditions.
