Your Mission: Drive Revenue Growth and Optimize Go-to-Market Strategy
As the VP, Revenue Operations, you’ll be the central point for our go-to-market teams, responsible for aligning our processes, systems, and people to achieve our ambitious sales growth goals. Reporting directly to the CRO, you’ll be a strategic business partner to New Sales, Account Management, Marketing, SDR, and Sales Enablement teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with executive leadership to create and manage processes within the sales and customer lifecycle, ensuring accurate forecasting, budgeting, and KPI tracking.
- Partner with key stakeholders to optimize existing processes & tools and implement new solutions to enhance efficiency.
- Establish and lead the deal desk function, partnering with Finance, Legal, and Product teams.
- Be a cross-functional leader, collaborating with CRO, CMO, and CX leaders to drive alignment and optimize performance.
- Present data-driven insights to senior leadership, enabling informed decision-making and strategic planning.
- Define and continually improve reporting strategies and processes, developing comprehensive reports and dashboards for Board Reporting, Monthly Operations Meetings, and Private Equity Investor Reporting.
- Own all systems and tools related to our sales and marketing processes, with Salesforce as our central hub. Oversee the evaluation, improvement, and management of our tech stack (including i360, Sales Navigator, Outreach, 6Sense, CPQ, Pardot, Gong, etc.).
- Lead sales planning, execution, forecasting, reporting, pipeline management, compensation, and strategic analysis.
- Manage the Salesforce Administration team, ensuring optimal performance and support for Marketing, Sales, Services, Partners, and Finance.
- Provide quantifiable strategic impact through actionable insights that accelerate revenue growth in both new and existing business.
What You’ll Bring to the Table:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, or a related field; commensurate experience considered.
- 10+ years of experience in Sales/Revenue Operations.
- Proven track record of success with Revenue Operations Tech Stacks.
- Data-driven mindset with expertise in Revenue Operations KPIs within a Private Equity/Public Market SaaS environment.
- Strong project management skills, with experience leading teams to optimize system infrastructure.
- Proven leadership experience managing operations and systems teams.

The expected OTE for this role is between $215,000-$415,000, commensurate with experience and location.
